01 Scope of Service Terms

These terms apply generally to professional services offered or facilitated by AIVIO, including digital marketing, influencer marketing, website and application development, branding, media production, photography, casting, talent services, events and related support.

The project-specific quotation, proposal, invoice, campaign brief, booking confirmation or signed agreement should be treated as the controlling document where it contains terms that differ from these general terms.

02 Service Requests & Bookings

A service enquiry or request does not automatically mean that AIVIO has accepted a project. A booking becomes effective when the applicable commercial requirements have been confirmed.

  • Availability should be confirmed before relying on a proposed date or professional.
  • Talent, crew, studio, equipment, location and third-party availability may change.
  • Project dates may require a deposit, advance payment or written confirmation.
  • Special requirements should be communicated before the booking is finalized.

03 Quotations, Scope & Approvals

Quotations may describe deliverables, quantities, timelines, fees, taxes, third-party expenses and assumptions.

  • Work outside the approved scope may require a change request or additional quotation.
  • Client approvals and feedback should be provided within the agreed project timeline.
  • Delays caused by missing information, approvals or access may affect delivery dates.
  • Verbal discussions should be confirmed in writing where they change the agreed scope.

04 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, lawful and timely information, assets, brand materials, approvals, access credentials and other inputs required for the agreed service.

  • Clients must have rights or permissions for materials they provide.
  • Clients should review deliverables and communicate corrections promptly.
  • Clients should not request unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.
  • Any required permits, licenses, product approvals or regulatory clearances should be identified before production.

05 Digital Marketing, Website, App & IT Services

Digital and technology projects may include strategy, design, development, SEO, advertising, social media, hosting, integrations, analytics and other components.

  • Search rankings, advertising performance, traffic, leads and conversions cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
  • Third-party platforms may change policies, algorithms, pricing or availability.
  • Domain, hosting, software, API and platform services may have separate provider terms and charges.
  • Website/app functionality depends on approved scope, technical requirements and third-party dependencies.

06 Media, Production, Photography & Events

Production services may involve artists, crew, studios, locations, equipment, travel, permits, post-production, schedules and external vendors.

  • Schedules may be affected by talent, location, weather, permits, equipment or third-party availability.
  • Additional requirements outside the approved production plan may increase cost or delivery time.
  • Raw files, edited deliverables and usage rights depend on the agreed project scope.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the applicable booking and refund terms.

07 Models, Actors, Influencers & Professional Talent

AIVIO may connect clients with models, actors, influencers, UGC creators, photographers and other professionals.

  • Profile listing or campaign application does not guarantee selection or employment.
  • Availability, rates, deliverables, usage rights and schedules must be confirmed for each engagement.
  • Talent must provide accurate professional information and have rights to submitted portfolio material.
  • Client and talent should follow the project-specific booking, deliverable and payment terms.

08 Influencer & Brand Campaigns

Campaigns may include creator selection, content deliverables, product integration, posting schedules, usage rights, reporting and performance requirements.

  • Campaign briefs may define specific content formats, deadlines and approval requirements.
  • Creators should disclose commercial relationships where required by applicable rules or platform policies.
  • Client approvals and requested revisions should remain within the agreed scope.
  • Platform reach and engagement are not guaranteed unless expressly contracted.

09 Fees, Taxes & Payments

  • Work may begin only after the required advance or confirmation has been received.
  • Milestone payments should be made according to the agreed schedule.
  • Third-party costs may be payable separately where identified in the project terms.
  • Late payments may affect delivery timelines or access to project services.

10 Delivery, Revisions & Acceptance

11 Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Ownership and usage rights for designs, photographs, videos, websites, source files, campaign content, branding assets and other deliverables depend on the applicable agreement.

  • Third-party fonts, music, stock assets, plugins, software and platforms may carry separate licenses.
  • Final deliverable usage may be limited by talent, music, location, platform or other third-party rights.
  • Source files or editable project files are not automatically included unless agreed.

12 Confidentiality & Client Materials

AIVIO may receive confidential business, campaign, product, creative or technical information during a project. Reasonable care should be taken to protect information that is clearly confidential.

13 Third-Party Services

Projects may depend on external providers such as hosting companies, advertising platforms, social networks, payment processors, software vendors, locations, studios, production partners or talent.

AIVIO cannot control every decision, outage, pricing change, policy change or technical limitation of an independent third-party provider.

14 Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund treatment depends on the project stage, work completed, third-party commitments and the applicable commercial agreement.

15 Service Suspension & Termination

AIVIO may suspend or terminate services where necessary for non-payment, misuse, unlawful instructions, security concerns, material breach or other legitimate operational reasons, subject to applicable agreements and law.

16 Changes to Service Terms

AIVIO may update these general Service Terms as its service portfolio, technology, operations or legal requirements evolve. Existing projects may continue under their agreed project-specific terms.
