AIVIO Commercial Policy

Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains the general approach of AIVIO TECH MEDIA GLOBAL to cancellations, refunds, deposits, project bookings, campaign participation and third-party professional services.

Last updated: 07 October 2026

01 General Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, project stage, work already completed, third-party commitments and the written quotation, invoice, proposal or agreement applicable to that transaction.

A payment should not be assumed to be automatically refundable merely because a client, applicant or participant later changes their mind. The applicable commercial terms should always be checked first.

02 Digital Marketing, Web, App & IT Services

Digital and technology projects can involve planning, design, development, advertising setup, content production, hosting, subscriptions and third-party expenses.

  • Advance payments may be used to reserve project resources and begin work.
  • Once substantial work has started, the refundable amount may be reduced by completed work, committed costs or non-recoverable third-party charges.
  • Advertising budgets paid to external platforms are generally subject to those platforms' own rules.
  • Domain, hosting, software licenses, paid plugins, APIs or other third-party purchases may have separate non-refundable terms.

03 Media, Production, Photography & Events

Production projects may require locations, studios, equipment, crew, artists, travel, permits, bookings and other advance commitments.

  • Cancellation charges may apply where AIVIO or a production partner has already committed resources.
  • Venue, studio, artist, equipment, travel and third-party booking charges may be non-refundable according to their terms.
  • Rescheduling may be possible where resources and dates permit and may involve additional charges.
  • Final project-specific cancellation terms should be confirmed in the quotation or production agreement.

04 Models, Actors, Influencers & Talent

Talent registration, profile visibility and campaign applications are different from a paid service purchase.

  • Submitting a talent profile or campaign application does not by itself create a paid engagement.
  • Selection is not guaranteed and no payment should be made to anyone claiming guaranteed casting unless independently confirmed through AIVIO.
  • Where a paid talent or professional service has been separately booked, its cancellation terms are governed by the applicable booking or project agreement.

05 Campaigns & Influencer Marketing

Campaigns can involve brands, creators, agencies, platforms, content deliverables, product shipments, media buying and fixed campaign schedules.

  • Campaign budgets and creator payments are governed by the applicable campaign brief or agreement.
  • Once deliverables have been accepted or substantially completed, cancellation or refund rights may be limited.
  • Product costs, shipping, platform fees, media spend and third-party charges may be treated separately.
  • Creators should review campaign deliverables, timelines and payment terms before accepting an opportunity.

06 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation should be communicated as early as possible through the official AIVIO contact channel or the project contact specified in the applicable agreement.

Early Cancellation More flexibility may be available before work, bookings or third-party commitments begin.
Work in Progress Refunds may be adjusted for completed work, reserved resources and committed costs.
Non-Recoverable Costs External purchases or bookings may not be recoverable once committed.
Rescheduling A new date may be offered where practical, subject to availability and additional costs.

07 When a Refund May Be Considered

Subject to the applicable agreement and circumstances, a refund may be considered where:

  • AIVIO is unable to deliver a paid service and an agreed alternative cannot reasonably be provided.
  • A documented billing error or duplicate payment is identified.
  • A project-specific written agreement expressly provides for a refund.
  • A cancellation occurs within a clearly stated cancellation window.

Any refund decision may also take into account work completed, third-party expenses, taxes, transaction charges and other amounts already incurred.

08 Situations Where Refunds May Not Apply

  • Change of mind after substantial work has been completed.
  • Failure to provide required information, approvals, assets or access that delays the project.
  • Third-party costs that cannot be recovered.
  • Services or deliverables already accepted or substantially consumed.
  • Platform fees, advertising spend, domain/hosting purchases or external subscriptions where the provider does not offer a refund.
  • Violation of project terms, misuse, fraudulent activity or false information.

09 Refund Request Process

To request a review, contact AIVIO using the official contact details and include:

  • Your full name and registered email/mobile number.
  • Invoice, order, booking or project reference, if available.
  • Date and amount of the payment.
  • Reason for the cancellation or refund request.
  • Relevant supporting documents or communication.

AIVIO may review the request against the applicable quotation, invoice, agreement and project status before confirming the outcome.

10 Processing & Payment Reversal

Where a refund is approved, the practical processing time may depend on the payment method, bank, payment gateway or other financial provider. The amount actually received may also be affected by transaction or third-party charges where applicable.

11 Policy Updates

AIVIO may update this policy when its services, payment methods, campaign operations or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the current website policy, while a specific signed agreement may contain different project-specific terms.

12 Contact AIVIO

For a refund, cancellation or rescheduling request, please contact AIVIO directly before assuming that a payment is refundable.

This is a general website refund and cancellation policy. The quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, campaign brief, production agreement or other written project agreement may contain more specific commercial terms.
